A user is anyone who logs into FleetLegend — dispatchers, accountants, admins, or managers. Drivers who don't log in aren't counted.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. Whether you're a one-person operation or have a team of 20, you pay $50 per user per month.
Can I add or remove users anytime?
Yes. Add users as you grow, remove them if needed. Your bill adjusts automatically at the next billing cycle.
